There are only 13 root DNS servers across the world. These servers resolve the name of websites to actual IP addresses. So if someone can bring down these root servers, the internet might completely stop (Public dns servers might not be able to bear the load).
2. About 80% of the total emails sent are spam. Out of all spam emails, pharmacy tops with about 81%.
3. Internet was originally developed not keeping security in mind. IPv4 does not contain anything to deal with security. IPv6, the next version does but it is slow compared to IPv4.
4. Last batch of IPv4 addresses were given out in 2011. Now to get a new IP address, you need to get IPv6 address. IPv4 has a limit of 2^32 addresses whereas IPv6 has 2^128.
5. None of the encryption is unbreakable. It just takes a long time if you use a brute force method. But given enough time, they can be cracked (The required time is in hundreds or even thousands of years for modern computers).
6. There is no solution to DDOS attacks. DDOS (Distributed Denial of Service) is an attack where you send so many requests to the server that it cannot process them. That’s why it is known as Nasty attack. Following image explains DDOS in simplest terms.
7. There can only be a maximum of 70 routers(hops) between source and destination. This is done to stop flooding in the networks. If a packets has been travelling for 70 hops, it is dropped.
8. Internet packets do not always follow the shortest path between source and destination. Even political factors change the route. I guess politics is everywhere.

▸ Intelligent robots can be programmed to reach the Earth's nadirs. They can be used to dig for fuels. They can be used for mining purposes. The intelligence of machines can be harnessed for exploring the depths of oceans. These machines can be of use in overcoming the limitations that humans have.
▸ Intelligent machines can replace human beings in many areas of work. Robots can do certain laborious tasks. Painstaking activities, which have long been carried out by humans can be taken over by the robots. Owing to the intelligence programmed in them, the machines can shoulder greater responsibilities and can be programmed to manage themselves.
▸ Smartphones are a great example of the application of artificial intelligence. In utilities like predicting what a user is going to type and correcting human errors in spelling, machine intelligence is at work. ▸ One of the main disadvantages of artificial intelligence is the cost incurred in the maintenance and repair. Programs need to be updated to suit the changing requirements, and machines need to be made smarter. In case of a breakdown, the cost of repair may be very high. Procedures to restore lost code or data may be time-consuming and costly.
▸ An important concern regarding the application of artificial intelligence is about ethics and moral values. Is it ethically correct to create replicas of human beings? Do our moral values allow us to recreate intelligence? Intelligence is a gift of nature. It may not be right to install it into a machine to make it work for our benefit.
▸ Machines may be able to store enormous amounts of data, but the storage, access, and retrieval is not as effective as in case of the human brain. They may be able to perform repetitive tasks for long, but they do not get better with experience, like humans do. They are not able to act any different from what they are programmed to do. Though this is mostly seen as an advantage, it may work the other way, when a situation demands one to act in way different from the usual. Machines may not be as efficient as humans in altering their responses depending on the changing situations.
▸ The idea of machines replacing human beings sounds wonderful. It appears to save us from all the pain. But is it really so exciting? Ideas like working wholeheartedly, with a sense of belonging, and with dedication have no existence in the world of artificial intelligence. Imagine robots working in hospitals. Do you picture them showing the care and concern that humans would? Due you think online assistants (avatars) can give the kind of service that a human being would? Concepts such as care, understanding, and togetherness cannot be understood by machines, which is why, how much ever intelligent they become, they will always lack the human touch.
▸ Imagine intelligent machines employed in creative fields. Do you think robots can excel or even compete the human mind in creative thinking or originality? Thinking machines lack a creative mind. Human beings are emotional intellectuals. They think and feel. Their feelings guide their thoughts. This is not the case with machines. The intuitive abilities that humans possess, the way humans can judge based on previous knowledge, the inherent abilities that they have, cannot be replicated by machines. Also, machines lack common sense.
▸ If robots begin to replace humans in every field, it will eventually lead to unemployment. People will be left with nothing to do. So much empty time may result in its destructive use. Thinking machines will govern all the fields and populate the positions that humans occupy, leaving thousands of people jobless.
▸ Also, due to the reduced need to use their intelligence, lateral thinking and multitasking abilities of humans may diminish. With so much assistance from machines, if humans do not need to use their thinking abilities, these abilities will gradually decline. With the heavy application of artificial intelligence, humans may become overly dependent on machines, losing their mental capacities.
▸ If the control of machines goes in the wrong hands, it may cause destruction. Machines won't think before acting. Thus, they may be programmed to do the wrong things, or for mass destruction.
▸ Apart from all these cons of AI, there is a fear of robots superseding humans. Ideally, human beings should continue to be the masters of machines. However, if things turn the other way round, the world will turn into chaos. Intelligent machines may prove to be smarter than us, they might enslave us and start ruling the world.
It should be understood that artificial intelligence has several pros but it has its disadvantages as well. Its benefits and risks should be carefully weighed before employing it for human convenience. Or, in the greed to play God, man may destroy himself.
You have all probably seen these while surfing the web, but do you know the purpose of it and how exactly it verifies whether or not you’re a robot?
This is called a CAPTCHA (Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart). They were invented in 2003 by researchers at Carnegie Mellon University in order to be used as a security check on websites to ensure only human users can pass through.

The creators of ReCaptcha started scanning books and converting them into PDFs using software, any words that were too hard for the computer to convert they would put into a captcha and let a human convert them.
At this point 100 million ReCaptchas were being solved every day, the equivalent of 2.5 million books a year. So Google says “let’s buy ReCaptcha” and they did in 2009. Google digitized all of google books and all of the New York times archives. When they ran out of books to digitize Google started giving people street numbers from Google street view to help Google maps.
Everything was going great, until… computer technology started getting advanced enough to solve captchas on its own. They started making captchas harder to solve, but eventually the technology caught on and Google needed a new strategy.
So Google engineers came up with the captcha that we all know and love!
When you click the checkbox, it sends over an HTTP request to Google with information like your IP address, your location and time, the way you move your cursor before you click, how you were scrolling the page, time intervals, and more. Most of the time the machine learning bots over at Google can tell whether or not you are a robot, but if they’re still unsure you get something like this-
And that’s how Google can tell who’s a human and who isn’t. pretty cool, huh?
Now go to Security kiss and register your account and check your mail for the client id and password. And login to the client area.
After logging in you will see Download option in navigation bar. Click on download and then to linux.
Then you will see Download button under Linux Network Manager Configuration
Download the archive file and extract it.
Now go to Setting of your linux and then Network.
Now add a new connection. Select VPN and then openvpn.
A new windows will appear then select ip address from README.txt from the downloaded file and then add it to the gateway.
And remember type should be Certificates(TLS)
Then select the required files below.
And again go to advanced setting and tick on "Use LZO data compression"
and type port number in "Use custom gateway port" from the README.txt file. You must use the port of the gateway you have used.
Save and close all.
Now you are done. Connect to the VPN and enjoy surfing internet anonymously.
Sometimes unfortunately, storage space of flash drive is partitioned. If your flash drive has the storage space of some G.B but it changes into 1 GB or 2 GB which is annoying.

create partition primary and hit enter
select partition 1 and hit enter
active and hit enter
format fs=fat32 and hit enter
exit and hit enter
Safely eject your USB key, reboot and replug, see if this will help you

Then first to delete those shortcut viruses use command in my case. f: del *.lnk and enter.This should delete all shortcut viruses in your removable device.
Then to unhide all the folders that are in pendrive in command prompt enter f: attrib -s -h -r /s /d *.*
This will take a minute or two to unhide all your hidden items. once you unhide it you will see all your folders that were hidden before.
Remember this will also unhide the Virus Folder which will be have a weird name and it will also unhide the Recycler folder.
Delete both these folders and once you do it You got rid of shortcut and hidden folders
